W3.CSS is a relatively new CSS framework, a modern responsive CSS with support for desktop, tablet and mobile design by default. It is smaller and faster than similar frameworks, basically it is more simple in coding, and is independent of jQuery or any other Javascript library. As a result, transfer of web pages will be more efficient.
It is designed to be easier to learn, and easier to use. W3.CSS is a high quality alternative to Bootstrap.
