W3.CSS

What is W3.CSS

If you have heard of Bootstrap, then you can consider W3.CSS is something similar - a CSS framework like another Bootstrap.

W3.CSS is a relatively new CSS framework, a modern responsive CSS with support for desktop, tablet and mobile design by default.  It is smaller and faster than similar frameworks, basically it is more simple in coding, and is independent of jQuery or any other Javascript library.  As a result, transfer of web pages will be more efficient.

It is designed to be easier to learn, and easier to use.  W3.CSS is a high quality alternative to Bootstrap.  W3.CSS might not liked by technical users, but it definitely is a good choice for the non-technical users who still can apply reasonably good technologies without spending too much time on technical details.  Same principle as in BYOS.  In the arena of knowledge management, we are not going after fancy styles or formats.  We focus on something reasonably easy to learn and apply, and good enough to fulfill our business objectives.
